Delivery

We use now use Royal Mail Delivery. If you have queries about delivery please contact us. Your delivery cost will be down on your 'view basket' screen. Due to our Lingerie being imported from America please allow upto six weeks for Delivery for non Stock Items. Orders will be held untill all your items are received by us. Please contact us via email to see if your item is in stock.

Returns

If you have faulty or damaged goods. Please contact using the details on our website and we will get in contact with you with regards to what can be done.
Please note due to the nature of these goods refunds can not be given if the item is the wrong size or for any other reason apart from being faulty.. This is company policy and this stands. Cancellation of orders: - Orders can be cancelled but there will a re-stocking charge of 20% of the order value. This will be taken when a refund is given. If you require your items urgently it is suggested that you enquire that your item is in stock before ordering. The cancellation charge stands whatever the circumstances.
All refunds will be sent to you via cheque within 30days.
